MEDICINE OF SOUND
Sound healing relaxes the body on a deep level and has a balancing effect on the mind and soul. Energies can flow freely again. With sound healing we can bring the body back into a higher vibration. You can imagine it like this: if you throw a stone into the water, concentric waves form that spread across the water and move the whole water. The same thing happens to the body through the gentle sound vibrations. The vibrations move through your whole body, creating a new order and gently releasing blockages.
Whether you work in yoga, therapy, cosmetics or coaching, or just want to learn it for yourself, the singing bowls can be used individually. Thanks to the individual or small group setting, I can specifically address your needs and your area and support you in finding your own path. No previous knowledge or training is necessary. You should just have experienced at least 3 sound sessions yourself to know how sound healing affects you.
In the 3-day training, we will cover 6 subject areas to give you in-depth knowledge. We learn through experience, listening, exchange, self-practice, private sessions and individual coaching. Everything takes place on site so that you can devote yourself to the sound training with full focus. After the training, you have 6 months to practice on your own and then take the final exam. This takes place in a private setting or via video recording.
If you book a private training, you can decide individually how and when you would like to experience these 3 days. The group training takes place on the dates listed below. The final exam can be arranged individually as soon as you feel ready.
No, we have enough sound instruments in different versions on site. However, if you decide to buy your own singing bowls, you will receive a 15% discount and individual advice.
There is the option of issuing a course certificate that meets the criteria of the EMR's continuing education regulations and is recognized after examination. Unfortunately, sound therapy alone cannot be registered with the EMR for the end customer, as it is not an independently recognized method. However, this is possible in combination with other therapeutic methods, such as naturopathy, breathing therapy or yoga therapy, etc.

Get to know, study and share the energy of sound. In the 3-day sound training (small group seminar, max. 6 people) you will learn to deepen your knowledge of sounds, frequencies and different instruments and expand your practice. After this seminar you will be able to lead your own private or group sessions and feel confident doing so.
